This season, Gucci stuck went retro-glam in a big way. Of course, Gucci being Gucci, it was done in a wholly modern fashion. For instance, playing with floral patterned suits, Frida Giannini kept the palette dark and masculine (think emerald green, dark brown, and navy with a pop) and the proportions extra-trim—a habit she's perfected over the last few seasons. She reserved a couple things for the most swaggering gents: turquoise smoking jackets, knee-high boots, and big ole rock star shades that let people know you're not to be messed with.
